The Biden For President Campaign is seeking Regional Digital Directors to support digital programming in our Battleground States.

Regional Digital Directors will be a key point of contact between State Digital Directors and the Biden HQ in Wilmington, and will serve as sounding boards and strategic partners to counterparts in state. They will serve as essential, bidirectional conduits of intelligence and strategy. Ideal candidates will be strong relationship-builders, experienced project managers, creative thinkers, and have experience working on state campaign programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Digital Directors in Battleground States, and across departments in HQ in order to serve as the main point of contact for state digital strategy
  • Support assigned states, and help them meet and exceed programmatic goals
  • Break down silos: ensure that learnings and best practices are shared between battleground states
  • Advocate for your states: help them get the resources and capacity that they need to succeed
  • Serve as thought partner to Battleground States Digital Director
  • Help with recruitment and hiring, as necessary

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • At least two cycles of digital/mobilization experience in a campaign, PAC, union, or nonprofit, ideally at a state level
  • Strong communications skills
  • Demonstrated success in at least one programmatic area: content creation, relational organizing, distributed organizing, digital partnerships
  • Knowledge of the tools of the trade: Reach, Greenfly, Hustle, ScaleToWin, Slack, Canva, etc
  • BONUS: Work history and/or relationships in target battleground states: WI, MI, NC, GA, NH, PA, NV, AZ

Salary range is $110,000 - $120,000 a year, annualized.
